Every
effort is made to get your package to you in perfect condition and in a
timely manner.
All sales are considered final at time of purchase.
Exceptions are as follows:
If a package is received with damaged products, please make a list of
the products that were damaged and contact us right away so that we can
process your claim.
If what you received is not what you ordered as stated on the invoice,
contact us and we will make arrangements to quickly replace the received
item with the invoiced item. Please keep the packaging and contact us
right away.
All
returns, refunds, and/or claims must be requested within 15 days of
shipment or we will not be able
to process them.
